There wasn’t anything to dislike. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and basically right on the main drag (less than 2 minute walk). The outdoor patio off my room and the fireplace were nice surprises. I really enjoyed my 5 night stay and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms and a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not exactly on the edge of the river, as the name might suggest. But it is close enough to a stream of beautiful, fresh, flowing water that can be enjoyed as one walks along the street. The best part is its location, which is not far from some of the main attractions.

This property is on River Road so it's not on the parkway (huge bonus). You can tell the owners have taken an older property and fixed it up very nicely. Everything from the exterior to the decor and sheets and pillows are current, clean, and updated. There is a no smoking policy of any kind, so know that before you book. They are also pet friendly- but under 50 lbs. The woman and young man at the front desk are so amazing and helpful. They have a free grab and go breakfast or you can walk to several breakfast restaurants. The pool was always clean and inviting. This property is within walking distance to the Gatlinburg Trail. Definately the place you want to stay if you want to be close to parkway but in a quiet serene setting.
