When we arrived two hours after check in, we were told our room was not ready. We waited a half hour and came back, only to be told that the original message was incorrect and that our room was actually ready. The parking set up was terrible. The valet (who was working hard) could only move one car at a time in an elevator so cars were backed up on the street. The manager was supposed to contact us after dinner about the check in issue, but did not. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. A technician came to look at it but couldn’t fix it so they offered us a different room, which we declined because we didn’t want to pack everything just to check out a few hours later. Upon check out, we spoke to a manager who at the time was helpful and said he was willing to make things right-he gave us his card and said to contact him directly. We did, and never received a response.
The room was clean but small, and the area around the hotel has lots to do.
