The hotel presents itself as a luxury property, and at first glance it does look the part. Unfortunately, appearances are very misleading. The only real advantages are the convenient location and the availability of parking — and that’s where the positives end.
The reception staff were noticeably unfriendly and somewhat arrogant, often rolling their eyes and providing information as if it were a burden. The building itself offers virtually no sound insulation — you can hear not only conversations from neighboring rooms, but even someone turning over in bed next door.
The beds are far too small, with duvets that barely cover a person of average height; at 180 cm, my feet were hanging off the edge. The narrow curtains fail to properly block out light, making it difficult to rest.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the bathroom. Insufficient, dim lighting combined with visible dirt and mold in the shower cabin corners and seals clearly indicates poor cleaning standards.
This is neither a quiet nor a comfortable place to stay — and certainly not the luxury hotel it claims to be.
