The best aspect of staying at this hotel was the friendly and mostly helpful staff.
However, the 3 main amenities that convinced us to chose this hotel over others were not available, including the Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, and Complementary Reception on Wednesday evenings.
We were not informed of these being closed/cancelled ahead of time, and only one sign was present saying the hot tub was unavailable. We had to call and ask about the reception as no indication was ever given, and the pool just had a sign on it that said, "No Swimming."
So we ended up spending more, for a place with ultimately less amenities than other hotels.
The breakfast was interesting, with a heavy emphasis on breakfast tacos...I have nothing against this, but the food bins and coffee makers were often empty. When you only have 4 different hot foods (some kind of eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pork), you are pretty limited if you have dietary restrictions...especially when the foods are empty.
