He stated he didn’t have no hotel staff and he was the only one working but it’s still unacceptable to have a hotel open with no workers.

The room was dirty and dusty. I checked under the Bed in Room 213 as a precaution; it was disgustingly dirty. I had stained sheets on my Bed. I was so disappointed with the room conditions, good thing I always travel with a pack of sheets and a pillow, I won't recommend this place, based on the information on the app about this hotel is not accurate and deceiving.

There were stains and rips in carpet. There were stains and discoloration on the chair. The ceilings had noticeable signs of previous leaks. The bathroom door had noticeable rot. The ice machine did not work on our floor. The pics on the booking site must have been taken when the property was new.

When I arrived in my room, the room was cool with a damp feel in the air and had a musty smell. I would recommend a dehumidifier or airing the rooms out from time to time. The shower literally took twelve minutes to get the water hot enough to even get in the shower. Several outlets in the room didn't work either. I was only there for one night and get some sleep so I just dealt with it.

Upon checking in, was informed that there was not a TV in my room and no rooms to switch. The check in person stated that he would give us a discount about the Tv and then said well “no I can’t”. Let talk about the room. There were pillow cases laying on the bed and not even on the pillows. One pillow was laying across th a/c unit. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands or take a shower. The popcorn ceiling was coming down. There was cracks in the wall. A towel had 2 stains on it which made it unusable. That left my daughter and myself 2 towels. There was a closet but no rod to hang up any clothes just an ironing board and iron inside. The pool (not that we were there to go swimming) was green with dark brown stuff all along the bottom. I have pictures of everything.
