Slow internet, pool was closed, Ice machine broke, dryer was broke, only one Tv worked didn’t have a remote, bed was uncomfortable, bath tube was dirty had to shower in slides, bath tube stopper didn’t work, lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t cook with my electric pan because it was a none smoking hotel, house keeping never check to see if we needed anything the four days we where there didn’t offer to clean the room or take the trash.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is a good value for the price. The staff was helpful, and when we had an issue with the shower not turning off, they moved us to another room, which I appreciated. The only downside is that the hotel could use more maintenance, especially with things like paint and doors. With some updates, this place would be even better. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience.

Room feel neglected, poor maintain, holes on the walls, holes on the upholstery, dirty glasses, dirty carpet, my original room had problems with the window since it couldn’t close and seal all the way, rain could filtered easily. Noise pass through all the rooms, no coffe any time, or breakfast, no ice, doors were not sealed and during my stay I just hope nothing happened to my truck. I didn’t feels safe at all.
