This was our 5th stay at Las Palomas and wont be our last! We love the southwestern “feel” of your rooms , your awesome breakfasts and friendly staff! And all the little extras ( s’mores, ice cream, hot drinks, snacks ) to purchase and board games to play in your comfortable lobby.

Las Palomas was a lovely property. It has B&B vibes, with really friendly staff and delicious freshly prepared breakfast. Our room was really spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The location was walkable to the downtown area. We would definitely return!

The historic bungalow that was our room was very charming, and surprisingly spacious! However, there was a lack of attention to detail. For example, while our room did technically have a fireplace, it was wood-burning and there was no firewood. When I inquired about firewood at the front desk they said they were not currently providing it due to fire risk, which would have been good to know in advance. It was in the low 40’s at night, and one of our decisions for booking was the fireplace. Similarly, there was a coffee maker and coffee in the room but no cream or sugar. The location of the coffee maker itself was odd because the cord was too short to plug in. There were not enough outlets in general for the gadgets we carry around and I was constantly unplugging and moving things around to plug in other things. A minor issue, but something they could easily remedy. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, the parking was very convenient and included, the staff was friendly and the location was very walkable. Overall, a nice place but not exactly as advertised.

Las Palomas was amazing! They are pet friendly and have a small dog park. Each unit is self-contained, so you have a small oasis all to yourself. The property is very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious! Their Night Owl fare was also a treat. You could get ice cream, coffees, drinks, etc in the lobby for a price. The property is within walking distance to the Plaza and several museums. I definitely recommend Las Palomas and will stay there again when travelling to Santa Fe.

Had a rough start at check in with the room being 62degrees, open window, no idea how to work the heat, lamp not working, and bulbs out in bathroom. It was like house keeping left without finishing. Ultimately staff took care of everything but it just left a bad first impression. Also if you think, like we did, we were booking a fireplace room; the fireplace is wood burning, no wood. Although I suppose we could have bought wood and had a fire, we just expected gas. Breakfast was nice. The property is a bit dated, but maybe that’s part of the attraction for some.

No hot tub, don’t know why Hotels keeps mentioning it! Property was clean and quiet. Original room did not have fireplace in the bedroom but staff kindly moved me with little fuss. If you want a fire, bring a Duraflame log, wood provided, won’t burn well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, really delicious!

Reception and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, made us feel welcome immediately. The rooms were clean and easy to set up for the correct heating. Free breakfast, including cooked to order from the selection of their menu. Honestly a wonderful time.
