The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.

Great service, but construction is too much

Second time here - this was a family winter break with one parent working remote. So easy vacation without a lot of planning was needed. Service and staff are amazing - kind, courteous, patient, helpful, responsive etc. can’t say enough. The location and weather are spectacular. Sunrises and sunsets on the beach, and watching rays jumping and whales swimming laps - great stuff. The shows and entertainment varies in quality but is always enthusiastic. Appreciate the staff effort. Liked the daily yoga on the beach, too. Breakfast with whales at Cortez and dinner at the Italian spot are fantastic. Liked the poolside juice bar, tacos and ceviche too. Not all the food is good, but there is plenty to enjoy. The spa was also really good - and a decent value. The upgraded hydrotherapy circuit and massage - so fun and relaxing! The big downsides were the construction and the condition of the property in general - basically the property is getting really tired - we had an “artwork” fall out of its frame and off the wall, and the sofa was stained. It appears they are remodeling one wing at a time - so that means there is nonstop construction going on during the day. All day the pool and beach area is vibrating with the screech of saws, pounding of hammers and literal jackhammering for hours. It was crazy how loud it was and for me, it really dampened my time there. You don’t want to be at the beach and feel like you’re in the middle of a downtown construction project.

Wait staff outstanding!

I haven’t highly commend the following wait staff - Alejandro (LOVE Him!) that’s from Gloria. Also Manual - both our beach waiters. Then Angel from Cortez Cafe - such a lovely young man! And lastly, Fernando from main dining made our breakfast experience outstanding and his chocolate creator last day was a most welcome surprise and kind gesture on his part But all staff up and down the line were always friendly.

Luxurious Get a Way

OMG! How amazing. The service, the amenities and the food were all top notch. We got upgraded to a swim out room and it was delightful. The spa was incredible. The superbowl party was great, even though our team lost. Only bad part was you can not go into the ocean at this resort due to the currents and the waves. But, beautiful, none the less. No place we would rather be when it’s 11 degrees at home!!

We really loved our stay despite the construction. The staff was happy to be there and made sure we were happy and having fun. The entertainment team, including Abraham & Paola & German & Miguel were the best!

We came her for my girl friend’s bachelorette party. The moment we arrived we were greeted with such warm welcome and hot towels to sanitize our hands. The check-in process was smooth with appetizers and champagne in lounge area. After that, we were escorted to our Ocean-view suite. The whole resort is absolutely gorgeous with the ocean & pool view at the entrance and very clean! Along the way, escort points out all specialties of the restaurants in our hotel. The variety of restaurants are absolutely amazing! Their breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! With fresh squeezed juices and they also have 24/7 coffee shop. Their food portions are generous. They have an infinity pool, adults side pool and a swim-up bar! We enjoyed our afternoons sunbathing with a wide range of top-shelf liquor. The bartenders were skilled with delicious cocktails and the overall customer service of staff is top notch. Also, not to mention their security is very excellent! That’s one of the things I absolutely loved! Feeling safe and secure while having a great time! Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply unwind in paradise. Our group had an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return for another getaway. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this bachelorette party one for the books!

Fueron días felices en compañía de mis hijos y nietos, es un lugar donde el personal está comprometido con el servicio, no quiero mencionar cual porque sería omitir a los que no tuve contacto con ellos. Llevo desde 1985 viajando una o dos veces al año con mi familia a diversos destinos y hoteles y debo reconocer que es el mejor personal de todos los que he visitado. muchas gracias por sus atenciones y hospitalidad. Fui huésped del 31 de enero al 5 de febrero. Habitaciones 1502, 1536 y 1634. Son un gran equipo un abrazo a todos

This property was amazing and unforgettable. I would like to thank Mr. Mario and Miss Ana, Dany, Cielo, Xime & Calli for making the Kidz Club a highlight for my son. The Kidz Club offered the security to leave our son in there care. I know, how can you just leave your kid there in a foreign country and trust that your kid would be treated well? We had those thoughts, but with the attention and security they offered our son we ended up saying "We should have left him there more". Our son did not want to leave. This made his first experience in Mexico wanting to come back for more. He was excited to share with his classmates his wonderful experience in Mexico. We used to have a hard time wanting him to practice his spanish, but now he does it willingly. Thank you Kidz Club staff! My wife and I loved the variety of foods and drinks accompanied by the care and attention the hotel staff dedicated to us. To say the least we definitely felt spoiled and pampered :). This is the second all inclusive hotel we have gone to in Cabo and had a much better experience in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The schedule for morning vs nighttime activities and the schedule for the Kidz club made it all more easy to plan each day. If you do not like to be harassed with trying to buy timeshares this hotel is the one to go to. We left the resort with great memories and wanting to come back for another visit. We would like to thank the hotel and all the staff for exceeding our expectations.
