Very clean, excellent handicap-accessible room, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were dealing with a family emergency and had to rush to Barnes Jewish Hospital for my father. They were very kind and made it possible for us to check-in early so we could get over to the hospital and not have to worry about our car, parking, luggage and lodging.

We booked a room here so we wouldn't be traveling in forecasted snow and ice back home after receiving a chemo treatment at the Siteman Cancer Center next door. The only downside was the Doubletrees parking garage and access to it was not handicap friendly at all.

When visiting the medical center in downtown St. Louis, this hotel is very convenient. Located to many of the facilities with easy parking and walking to most locations. The rooms have been updated. The beds are comfortable and clean. They do offer for breakfast in the lobby.
