The room is really hot, even during the winter. And the AC doesn’t have the cooling option available unless you ask. Luckily the attendant at the front desk was able to get a technician who fixed that issue for me. The laundry services is hard to ask for especially when you don’t speak Turkish and also very pricey. Otherwise the hotel is great, good location, services, and access to many nice bars and restaurants that are open till midnight.

Konaklamamız rahattı. Temiz ve huzurlu bir ortam mevcut, girişteki pastane çok sevimli ve genel olarak otel personeli kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Sadece, kendileri için standart olan bazı şeylerin müşteri için de olmadığını tahmin etmeliler diye düşünüyorum. Örneğin, otelde vale olmadığına ya da karşıdaki otoparka park etmemiz gerektiğine dair bir uyarı yok. İçeri girip sorunca öğrendim ama tavır biraz “görmüyor musunuz” tarzındaydı. Konaklamamızı bir gün uzatmamıza rağmen sisteme aktarılmamıştı ve çıkmak için aranmışız, dışarıdan geldiğimizde “sizi odayı boşaltmanız için aradık” gibi bir yaklaşımla karşılaştık. İlk girişte “odanıza meyve tabağı gönderelim” dendi; ama ücretli olduğu belirtilmedi, ki genelde başka otellerde ikram olur. Havuz kullanımı ücretli, o da bizi şaşırtan başka bir noktaydı. Ayrıca çok küçük, etrafında iki şezlong var ve kenarlar paslanmış, biraz bakımsızdı. Hamam var, kız-erkek karışık, kese ve köpük yok. Masaj çok iyiydi, personel de çok becerikliydi; fakat otel genelinde az personelle çok iş mantığı gözlemledik. İşim gereği çok seyahat ettiğimden çok farklı otellerde konaklıyorum. Biz ailece eğlenmeye gittiğimizden bizim beklentilerimizi karşılamadı ama günübirlik konaklama ya da iş seyahatleri için ya da otelde vakit geçirmeyecekseniz, sadece uyumaya gelecekseniz güzel bir otel. Çok merkezi, AVM ve diğer bölgeler yürüyüş mesafesinde.

Comme prévu, nous sommes arrivé à 5h du matin et il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons du attendre + de 20 min pour avoir quelqu'un. Nous avons même fait le tour de l'hôtel pour trouver quelqu'un. On était tellement fatigué qu'on était nerveux. Le gars de la réception s'est endormi et venu nous servir avec sa chemise froissée et sortie de son pantalon. Mais le reste est super!

Otel odası beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Oda oldukça temizdi ve modern bir şekilde döşenmişti. Yatak son derece rahattı, kaliteli çarşaflar ve yastıklarla donatılmıştı. Banyosu ferah ve hijyenikti, sıcak su sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Mini bar ve çay-kahve seti gibi küçük ama önemli detaylar düşünülmüştü. Odanın manzarası güzeldi ve ses yalıtımı sayesinde dışarıdan gelen hiçbir gürültü rahatsız etmedi. Wi-Fi bağlantısı hızlıydı, iş için gerekliydi ve sorunsuz kullandım. Tek olumsuz taraf, klima modunu biz degistiremedik resepsiyon soguk ya da sicak yapiyordu ama rahatsız edici boyutta değildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım, tekrar konaklamayı düşüneceğim bir yer.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Dreckiges und gepflegtes Hotel. Im Gym lag überall Müll und leere Flaschen herum - richtig ekelig. Es gab kein Licht und die die Laufbänder liefen nicht. Obwohl ich freien Zutritt hatte wollte die Rezeption Mitarbeiter dass ich für den Strom extra bezahle......ohne Worte. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück waren Durchschnitt.
