University visit.

This hotel is the closest to Yeditepe university. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are always polite & helpful. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel but not much else.

Get a good sleep with good excess to restaurants

If you are looking for a stay near the SAW airport (approx. 30 min. ) this is there place to stay. The staff was very kind - especially the vale and the night staff at the reception.

Do not expect Marriot from it. Far from Marriot standards. Just the house keepers doing great job. Breakfast is average just average. A/C is not working properly and it is hot when you tell them they tell you because the weather is hot, it is an excuse I have been to many hotels in the worse weather conditions and their A/Cworked out great. And I know their reply is they are doing everything to do it above Marriot expectations but it is a lie trust me and other reviews, don’t do the same as me as I ignored the reviews and booked just because of the Marriot name. And there is always a bad smell in everywhere.

There is a literal nightclub *inside* the hotel building with loud music thumping past midnight. It's difficult to sleep in some rooms even with really good earplugs. Service is also poor. For instance, a desk clerk accidentally put my husband and I into a better room than the one for which we'd paid. We got a call at around 6:30 pm insisting that we pay the price difference for the 2 nights we'd already stayed. Of course, I refused, and they made us move rooms right away or pay the difference for that night even though I was in bed for the evening recovering from a medical procedure and there was no one wanting to book the room. The right actions would have been to (1) never even suggest we should pay for their mistake and (2) have us move rooms the next morning, since it wouldn't have cost them anything but would have saved my husband and I a lot of stress (I was still groggy from anesthesia and in no shape to pack up all of our belongings and move to a different room). Similarly, they require tokens to use the laundry machines but didn't have enough so we often had to wait more than a day even though there were empty machines. They also wouldn't refund if you bought tokens you didn't need right away so we ended up holding on to them until we had more laundry when other guests needed them. Oh, and they had pots and pans that weren't compatible with the induction stove in my room but wouldn't just provide compatible ones. Instead, I once again had to pack up and move rooms.

1- dont bother buying expedia insurance doesnot help. 2- rough area 3- the hotel at no point makes guests aware when booking in december that they will have christmas/ new year parties and weddings throughout the entire month from 7pm - 1 or 2 am in the morning EVERY DAY! Imagine putting your baby to sleep and people are screaming amd shouting and the music sound keeps getting louder and louder! I complained about this and nothing was done. Even expedia didnt help! 4- No heating! Do not take this lightly. I complained to hotel and expedia from my arrival until my very last day! I was in a hotel room with a baby and it was freezing cold and there was draft coming into the room so it made it extra cold. EXPEDIA could not help! They couldnt even connect to the hotel let alone anything else. I spoke to the hotel reception on multiple occasions and it seems they alter the aircon from downstairs central system. After multiple complaints they kept sending some guy which works in the hotel across the road i think and he didnt do anything :) i watched him the whole time he took a picture and then said its fixed and left! Ofcourse first he coughed the entire time and stank of smoke so badly the entire room was smelling i had no choice to open the window to air the room out because of my baby. This was never fixed. DONT drink or shower in their hotel either its yellow muddy water thAt comes out i recorded it everyday for 1 week! Overall RUN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE dirty beds

14.katta parti vardı sabaha kadar sürdü son ses, ve bu parti otel tarafından yapılmaktaydı, bunun üzerine gece 2 de uykumdan uyanıp otel resepsiyonuna çok ses olduğunu söyledim 2-3 saat sonra parti biticek yanıtını aldım, 13.katta bitmeyen bir kavga daha mevcuttu 1 gece kaldığımız otelde neredeyse hiç uyumadık, TV de ise screen mirroring çalışmıyodu, yardımcı olacak bir şey de yoktu

Herşey çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık fakat bazı problemlerde vardı perdeler çok ağır sigara kokuyordu ve diğer bir problem ise üat kat deniz manzaralı güzel bir oda tuttuk fakat camlar manzaratı göstermeyecek kadar kirliydi ama genel olarak ilgi alaka çok güzeldi tekrar gelip tercih edebileceğim bir otel
