First I didn’t get the room I booked I booked for a king and got a double went to ask about it to be told I originally booked a double. Wasn’t a big issue but a problem. The room is okay but very run down and showing. On my second to last day I get a letter told I never declared my pets at check in when the sign in the lobby says no pets. Overall an okay say not the best but not the worst toy get what you pay for and it’s cheap to stay.

The place looked run down. Room was nice I booked and wanted a smoke free room for me and my kids. They put us in a smoke room. Soon as you walked in it smelled STRONG smoke turns out they gave the smoke free room to someone who booked a king bed into a double bed. Room service was just awful there was only one day this nice lady cleaned out room I took our trash out of course the next few days the only sat towels on our bed. I had asked for a broom so I COULD sweep our floor (never received it) wouldn’t recommend. Last thing I had paid for the room and they wanted a $100 deposit?! Like for what reason. Hopefully I get it back.

Staff person was kind of rude but I am sure it’s because he was the only person there . A resident came in and was upset about her animals being loose. Well that irritation carried over to my encounter with staff. The room was decent and I will stay again.

It was so dirty x and nasty that we didn’t even stay the night. There was dried dirt all over the floor like someone had work boots on in there. The bathroom was nasty. We work in the er as registered nurses and we live an hour away. We had a really rough night and wanted to get some sleep but this motel was so disgusting we had to drive home. I could let my children stay there. And the room was not as described. I’d really just like a refund.
