Everything was great!! It was very clean. I thought the parking charge was unnecessary as there was no gate for security. I walked across the parking lot late at night alone….

6/10 Good

Hotel is in a good central location but next to the metrolink and noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Also did not have hot water for a shower during my stay. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I was very disappointed that the pool was not open until 9 am. I love to swim for exercise in the morning before heading out for the day. By 9 am each day, I had to be gone from the hotel. I asked if they could allow me in earlier but they refused. Please consider allowing the pool to be available at 6 am instead of 9.
