Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the service to the facilities, my experience was perfect. However, I was disappointed by one specific policy: despite booking a Full Board package, I was still charged extra for soft drinks and tea during lunch and dinner. Usually, "Full Board" implies that basic beverages are included with meals. I highly recommend the management review this policy, as paying for basic drinks feels out of place in such a high-quality establishment. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay.
