It is a nice hotel with a lot of natural light. Our room was very big. The location is a very cool area. It is not possible to walk to the main tourists area. We took the train from ost which was less than 5 minutes to walk there. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store close by. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't get any cleaning services or garbages emptied. That would be my only negative feedback.

Hotel is great, very close to train station which is easy t9o navigate. Taxi/Uber also easily obtained here. Limited breakfast if not eating in the hotel. The hotel room is excellent. We love all the amenities of the hotel. It's a short walk to the S/U Bahn. The only thing we had problem with was the elevator. They have three elevators but they were not working well while we stayed there. It was during the Christmas/ New year season, so repair was impossible in Germany. At one point, we waited for 20 minutes for the elevator. Everything was great but the elevator situation was bad.
