Booked Fiesta apartment. Spacious and comforable - better than it looked in the photos albeit needs a deep clean and some repainting. Bedroom bit cramped as has a single as well as a large double bed. Full kitchen. Walk in shower. Information not entirely correct as advertised as having a washer/dryer and was only a washer and no cafe/restaurant on site. Only food option is full buffet breakfast for 22,000 W. Cleaning wasn't great either. Car is essential as 15 min drive out of town and no amenities close by. Property has small pool but didn't use it. Overall reasonable value for money

The apartment is very old. You can see yellow stains in the washroom. The towels and pillow cases have holes in it. Though there is a kitchen but you are not allowed to cook any meat. So basically vegetarian only. Also there is no dryer so you need to hang your clothing to dry.

The resort is nice n size for the Penthouse is very comfortable for 8 pax. located in a fairly quiet location so you need own transport to access. We have booked the Penthouse and there’s a foot bath n outdoor bath provided but the heaters is unable to provide sufficient hot water for us to enjoy these facilities

Not recommend to use

Their outdoor hot spring is useless. Hot water isn’t available. The rooms are not clean, many hairs on the each beds and the floors. I didn’t mention all about the dirtiness, as 6 of us are using, we thought unable to change the same as this big property. When I checked out, I mentioned and asked about the outside hot spring water, they don’t think it is something they need to do to us that they find it no problem on water. However they mentioned that if many of us use the hot water at the same time, it could be happening that the water won’t be so hot. So I did asked, it supposed to 9pax to use, we were only 6pax. What is the capability of this room? Then why do I need to pay for full amount which I can’t even use any of the facilities. The staff replied to me that “I have nothing to say”. Thereafter he said that will report to his manager and call me back, but of course never called. So much disappointment in this resort. I willingly leave those ling comments to prevent others users not to get such a bad attitude and irresponsible Velum resort.
