Hotel was clean and all taxi drivers know its location . Room was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice beach and beach bar. The breakfast was reasonable. The restaurant onsite was expensive but there is lots of nice restaurants within 15 minutes walk in the center villa. Internet was slow. The ac was good here.

Neat beach area with great eatery, infinity pool, and clean sea water. The property is is on an expansive lot so getting from one place to another takes some time. The gardens and landscaping are well maintained overall. The various restaurants provide decent food albeit a little expensive. On the down side it should be mentioned that signifiant portions of the property were under constructions so there was dust and debris that had to be navigated and the hotel and booking site did not disclose this at the time of booking.

The staff at The Sindbad are incredibly welcoming and kind, always happy to help and going out of their way to provide the best possible experience for guests. Hafezdh and Walid at Restaurant Sherazade make us feel like family and are a true pleasure for my husband and I to see and speak with at every breakfast and dinner.

So for The Sindbad, as you walk in everything is reserved from chairs to tables. You can’t get a chair on the beach unless you talk to the director of chairs and make sure they weren’t reserved. During lunch you would also have to check if the tables weren’t reserved or you would want to actually eat there. The food was mediocre as the money spent should have brought me a better plate, the breakfast was nice but other than that you won’t find yourself enjoying a meal.

Tout était parfait sauf la gestion des parasols et transats sur la plage. Une véritable mafia mise en place par les plagistes qui réservent toute la première ligne aux visiteurs extérieurs, probablement contre des super pourboires, reléguant la clientèle de l'hôtel en 2ème rang. Résultat, des premiers rangs laissés vides pendant des heures avec les petites pancartes réservées par la Direction générale, pour voir des visiteurs extérieurs s'installer dessus au bout de plusieurs heures, ou pas ! C'est anormal. Si tout est utilisé au premier rang et vraiment (pas des foutas et quelques sacs posés pendant des heures sur des transats vides), on ne dit rien. Mais si c'est pour se mettre en deuxième rang et voir ce spectacle aberrant, source de tension et de stress, c'est scandaleux. Ces pratiques existent partout en Tunisie et spécifiquement à Hammamet. Certans hôtels comme La Badira l'ont résolu. D'autres comme le Sindbad ne l'ont pas résolu...

Sehr schöne Anlage und Strand. Das Personal ist hervorragend in diesem Hotel, man fült sich sehr wilkommen ! Zimmer ausgezeichnet, gute Bette und sehr ruhig, Das Buffet Morgens und am Abend gute Auswahl und gutes Essen.
