We were upgraded to a larger room with a lounge suit around the TV which was great to be able to watch the NRL! The pool needed a clean unfortunately so I didn’t put my head in ! Overall the location was fantastic! Opposite the pub & surrounded by cafes & shops!

Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back here. We recently stayed 3 days here over Christmas and it was perfect. Rooms are spacious, well designed, well lit with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds/pillows, I especially loved how clean the place was and the location is right in the heart of the town center, it couldnt be more perfect!! This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint was that we were told we had to go down to the local cafe for breakfast. A breakfast which we had pre booked online. We were given a a voucher for this and told they were not operating on that day for breakfast in the hotel. The cafe was not too far away, but required a set of steps to get up to there which was painful for my knees and the breakfast while adequate was not served up in a particularly nice setting and was certainly not up to the standard of a five star cafe. It should be made clear on their site that in certain days the restaurant is closed, so that patrons have the option of going to a cafe of their own choice for breakfast.

The lorikeet suite I booked is excellent. Clean, nice with a small outdoor courtyard where we can sit and relax. The food served at the hotel restaurant is good quality and tasty. Although we faced the hot water issue, but the way the hotel handled the issue is very satisfactory. Highly recommend it to my friends and will come to stay next time when we are at Kangaroo Valley.
