We stayed one night at Comfort Inn Miramar Beach-Destin for our anniversary. Check-in was frustrating—there were delays and disorganization at the front desk. The AC in our room didn’t work properly, and we noticed stains on the bathroom wall.
After requesting a room change, the housekeeper came in while I was still getting dressed, which felt very disrespectful.
With their current 3.9-star rating, I now see why. Between the check-in problems, AC issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of respect for privacy, our experience was disappointing. Future bookers should manage expectations regarding service and attentiveness!
