Mediocre stay.

Hotel room was poorly cleaned. I wiped hair off the toilette. Water leak from somewhere between the tub and the toilette. Tub draining very slow. Only 2 large towels in the room and 2 smaller ones even though the room was booked for 3 guests. Loud hammering and drilling noises at 9 am waking us up. Overall this is was good location nearby Disneyland.

We stayed here after we went to Disneyland Paris it’s a great location only 10/15 minutes drive from Disneyland. Free parking, nice spacious room and breakfast was nice We walked for a meal just half an hour from hotel and there was a nice bar we went to as well overall perfect stay for what we required it for

It was very hot and air conditioning didn’t work. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t. They moved me to three different rooms and any of them had air conditioners. The guy at the front desk told me it happened every summer. Why do you announce an air conditioner if you don’t have it. My stayed was miserable there.

Check in was easy and we were greeted warmly by Kevin, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave recommendations for eating in the evening and explained how to easily get to central Paris. Our room was a little dark, but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for one night. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice. Just missed baked beans! But the pancake machine was a hit and coffee was fine. All in all, we would return if needed somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and well placed for easy travel and local attractions.

It was located in a quiet place with an excellent bakery 2 minutes away. It has a fun decor that makes up for the things that need to be fixed. As you walk in the room you can smell cigarettes but maybe because of the vents or the carpet that absorbs the smells. The first room we got the window wouldn’t open and there was an issue with an AC. They were quick to give us a new room. The AC wasn’t working that great and the bathroom could use some minor repairs. The customer service was amazing and makes up for everything else. If you wanted to use the hot tub there is a charge for that so we didn’t try it. 30 minutes walk to Val d Europe shopping and train station.

Our main problem with this room was the air-con, it just didn’t cool the air, but made a lot of noise. The staff were all aware of this problem, and gave us a useless fan which did not help. This hotel shouldn’t be advertised as having air-con This Hotel is convenient for Disneyland paris, about 15 minutes drive, not the 10 advertised. It’s good for for families, having a king size bed and a bunk in the room, however it was a tight fit. Because of the bunk the windows could not be opened properly, this could have been solved by swapping the beds around. The room and especially en-suite was very tired and could do with a refit. If it wasn’t so hot, it would have done the job.
