1 night stay. This is an old hotel that needs updating. Carpet is old and worn with stains. This hotel is poorly maintained. My room did not have a functioning entryway light (burned out bulb), the bathroom vanity light fixture had a burned out bulb and the tub/shower water faucet did not work. I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk and request another room on the same floor so I could take a shower and then put clothes back on and go back to my original room to finish getting ready. Oh, and in the room where I took my shower, the body wash container was empty. Lastly, there were crumbs or dirt of some kind on the carpet under and around the AC/heat unit in my original room. The two front desk people that I interacted with were friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. However, the walls are thin and I could hear conversation in the hallway or next room I am not for sure which. Luckily, it didn't last long and it wasn't occurring late at night affecting sleep. I would not stay here again.

The overall standard of the hotel was unacceptably low. Most notably, ongoing construction required us to relocate rooms during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. The situation was uncomfortable enough that we considered checking out early. Furthermore, breakfast service was not provided.Some staff members were courteous, while others were quite unfriendly.
