Room smelled like weed so bad my wife slept in her car and I didn’t sleep at all while being in the room becaus she is pregnant. I’ve always had good experiences here with the staff but last night the room was so bad that I waisted my money and didn’t get any sleep nor did my wife. My number is 7579894708 if you’d like to give us a room without it smelling liike someone clam baked it right before we walk in. We have stayed with you guys over the past month maybe three days a week and now this one night has lost you guys our business because of my wife’s heightened sense of smell.

The room that was supposed to be handicapped accessible was not. We moved to their second motel and switched rooms several times, still not handicapped accessible. Because of this, my sister fell in the shower and we spent Christmas Eve in the ER. Our room keys never worked once throughout a 2 week stay. We were denied clean bedding when my sister got sick. We also didn’t know that during this time of year they allow the homeless to stay there. We had disruptions almost every night. I was only able to get back half a refund for my disabled sister.
We asked and were told this was a walk in shower for my wheelchair bound sister.
All the appliances were old and rusted.

Arrived at the motel to find both of the rooms were nasty. Bed lining had hair blood stains on one bed. Trash in the trash can. Room # 2 look like the beds were made up without fresh sheets. Bath room had not been clean. The front decks clerk tried to argue with us about the rooms until she went up with us. At that point we she and I had to check 5 other rooms to find 2 clean. Stay away from this place.

They have plastic cups on the sink but they weren't in plastic how can you drink out of those so in bed bugs we switched rooms and had bed bugs in that one so I said something to him and he said I just refunded your money at 12:00 at night I had to leave Knowing damn good and well I can't get a hotel I would have been Friday night at 11:59 p.m. in order to get a hotel for Saturday but anything after 12:00 it counts for Saturday so you can't check in till 4:00 in the evening so I got screwed I sleep in the car yeah he getting my money back couldn't get a hotel2 check in nowhere
