Great hotel that is ideal for the old town and the Christmas markets, great breakfast and a well stocked bar. Room was big and although a bit old fashioned it was perfect for our 3 night stay and having a lift was an essential for us. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room needed some updating. The pillows on the bed were so thin as to almost not exist. We had to use towels or our clothes to make a decent pillow. We arrived late and as we entered the room there was a strange smell.we didn't bother as we where tired.but the next day it was insupportable,but thankfully the receptionist has changed our room.but I think they must take care of the rooms
