The house was old which was to be expected in an historic house. However, our room smelled of wood smoke (and it took me 2 cycles of laundry to get out the smell). Several things were broken, little things but they added up (the sink didn't drain, the bathroom floor tiles were broken, the shower was tiny).
However, the people running the place were fabulous, extremely helpful in getting out breakfast order and making sure we had parking. Bringing us ice.
There was parking which in this part of town was amazing. They have 3 lots and some street parking, plus it's close to the harbor. So it was a mixed bag. I am so sorry to say it because the staff was just so helpful and nice. Perhaps one of the other houses would be better but for the money I paid, it wasn't worth it.
