Impressed not only by the cleanness of the room but also the decor was spot on , the personal touches were all perfect. I really enjoyed this stay and hope that you continue on this path. I have no problem recommending the facility to family and friends .

Someone for front desk staff seemed a little rude and unfriendly. The property itself is exceptionally clean and freshly renovated.

Hotel was OK had some people that were wow they had the cups called them. Part of the group was messing around with my car. They had the people so nothing was damaged on the car, but all the hotel is great.

We stayed at Baymont Inn by Wyndham on Shively ,Ky on 8/15/26. The hotel room was clean, staff was friendly. Great air conditioning The hotel did offer "breakfast" which I was a little disappointed with, it was packaged danishes/donuts muffins, bananas tart oranges coffee orange juice. A omelette station or waffle would be a good addition.

Friendly new owners and staff. Lots of fresh paint, decor, carpet, and tile. Some remodel was done with older items, but still way better conditions than the previous owners.

Everything seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable with properly working AC, TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 good dine in restaurants located across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the breakfast snakes I never made it to the real food location conflicts with the traffic a bit but that’s any bigger city, due to me being there for work than offered me a discount, overall 10/10 for me as someone looking to save a buck didn’t see any concerning. Got the week cheap overall it’s cheap for that area. So you get cheap people don’t expect everyone to be friendly

No continental breakfast or washer and dryer service as advertised. They did wash my daughter's uniform for me in their commercial machines after I declined to go to the local laundry mat. It was super clean and I believe they didn't have their food license yet to be able to serve continental breakfast so everything was packaged. Very nice staff and very clean. Would stay again once they received food license and laundry service.

The rooms are clean, but smelled terrible whatever cleaning products they used didn’t cover up the smoke stuff. We’re friendly air-conditioning. Made a bunch of noise throughout the night didn’t have time for breakfast, but the ice machine is out there.

We have a parson lock on the bathroom, the door won't open from in side or outside they have to broke the door to let the person out. Find couple spiders in the smell still stron I believe is for the new paint

We just needed a clean place to shower and sleep and this fit the bill. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the upper floor smelled like fresh paint and new carpet. The lobby and first floor had a very strong cologne smell. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. The shower curtain was a little too long and I would recommend that the management consider replacing it or getting the curved out curtain rod before someone trips on the curtain and gets hurt. The breakfast was simply packaged donuts, muffins, and pastries and some juice bottles. It was ok, but not great. Overall - the price was right and it met our basic expectations for cleanliness and functionality. If you’re looking for an affordable basic option on the way to Ft. Knox then this works great!

We had a great stay and were very happy with our experience. The room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well organized, and there were no unpleasant odors, which made it a relaxing place to rest after a long day of traveling. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, especially the lovely woman at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference and left a great impression on us. The hotel offered excellent value for the price, and we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!
