A good experience

My hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the restaurant was top notch. I was a few minutes walk from the metro system which was so helpful. Also there is a grocery store nearby and lots of historical buildings everywhere I looked. There is no coffee in the room but the restaurant is on the main floor and they have great coffee. There is also a rooftop bar that was fun to visit. It had music and great atmosphere. If you need an iron or steamer you must collect it from the front desk. The street noise was minimal so I slept well. So important.

En famille pour clôturer un séjour à Lisbonne. Boissons offertes non valables si on n’y déjeune ou ne dîne pas sur place ! Discours différent entre la réception et le manager au rooftop Petit déjeuner bof bof a comparer aux autres mama shelter parisiens … Sinon literie et chambre impeccables, service à la réception très bien .

Reserva de 2 anos de Casamento: surpresa negativa

Ha menos de 1 semana recebi ligação do hotel informando da necessidade de me alocar em quarto inferior ao reservado. Ou aceitava ou me restituíam o valor. Não me compensaram em nada por essa decisão unilateral pois eu havia feito a reserva via Expedia. Quarto que fiquei era andar baixo e a rua às vezes era barulhenta. Bom conforto, havia secador de cabelo e cofre. Banheiro bom mas com porta em vidro pode incomodar. Vaso sanitário separado com porta normal. Café da manhã muito bom mas o jantar no restaurante do hotel achei só ok. Localização é muito boa, dá pra ir ao parque Eduardo VI a pé e andar pela Av. da Liberdade. Mas fizemos muitas coisas usando Uber e Bolt. Check in e check out simples.
