Air con was out a couple of times and needed maintenance. Strong smell of pot much of time I was there. On third floor and no elevator. No closet in room. GFI outlet in bath not working. Such a great location for the place not to be more modernized.

Easy and quick check in with friendly staff. Good room and very comfortable bed. Only negatives are the noisy and very inconsiderate other guests. A couple in the next room yelling and cursing each other, barking dogs, and heavy, slamming doors that sound like they are made of solid iron. I'm always amazed and appalled at how some people act in a public facility as if they are at home and not a care in the world for others.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised with this Super 8. Rooms were clean, everything worked as it should which is important that the A/C did because it was 100 degrees! Breakfast included lots of options & no limit on how much you can eat. Front desk and cleaning staff were helpful & respectful. The only issue we had was some shady characters at the hotel, there was a drug bust that occurred near where we parked.

Met the basic need but we got what we paid for

Staff was very friendly and concerned for the guests needs. Property itself was lacking. Stairs needed to reach 2 of the 3 floors and no elevator. Property says Non-Smoking hotel yet the hallways smelt of smoke (and other odors) and there were several cigarette burns in the bedding. Didn't notice the smoke in the room very much. Several of the towels had visible stains - washed yet but the stain was still there. Door to the room stuck - had to force the door open with my shoulder even though unlocked.

Decent spot for a 1 night, maybe 2 night stay, but nothing longer than that. (just my opinion). The TV remote ended up not working, so we told the front desk guy and he tried a few things, couldn't get it working, so the manager came and after a few different attempts, he got the remote/TV working and they were super friendly and kind! room was cleaned decently. there wasn't much to pick from for breakfast. had 0 issues with us doing a late checkout every front desk employee was very nice.

There were stains on the wall next to the toilet paper. I'll let the reader infer what the stains were. The television didn't work, just showed an Amazon screen. The AC wouldn't stay on through the night, it was really hot. Then around 5 am breakfast prep started and the smell was so gross, it was hard to sleep. Speaking of smells, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in our room. The noise was on another level, contant slamming doors, and people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in our room. The staff was really nice, though and very helpfull which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. I don't understand how this motel can get away with charging 150 a night.

Just a heads up

Not the worst stay but could be better. My main issue was the $50 deposit upon check in the room was non refundable so I couldn't deny it and go elsewhere. I asked when the money would be put back on my card and they said not for 2-3 business days. So my out of pocket cost was over $100 instead of the $60 paid for through the app. I decided to go on a daycation with my son and stay at a hotel close to action territory but we couldn't even go to action territory because of the deposit fee that I wasn't aware of until I read the sign at check in with the room already paid for. I was also approached by a couple strangers staying there asking for rides which I said no way I don't know you and I have my kid with me. The room door stuck so back I had to kick it open. The breakfast was decent.
