The room, the bathroom and the bedding was clean. The beds need replacing. One had a deep and wide depression in the middle. It was like sleeping in a bowl. The windows are rotting and peeling. The virtual check in was confusing with the process starting using email and then stopping without communicating anything and appearing to freeze up. Then the door code came via text but I didn't know it so a cleaning person on site helped us get in to the room.
