Broken shower fittings, radiators turned off which made the room really cold at night! Despite pointing this out, they did not turn the radiators on! The door to the room would not close properly unless you pushed it shut yourself, which is a security risk as someone unauthorized could get in if you forget — something that can very easily happen! Incredibly poor check-in system (the worst we have ever experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world).
Even though we have stayed at this hotel several times before, the check-in still takes at least 25–30 minutes. All guests in the room, even those who have also stayed here before, must manually fill in their passport details, name and address, phone number, and email every single time. The hotel staff does NOT assist with this, and the system is outdated and keeps freezing, so you end up having to go to the reception multiple times just to get help!
There is always a queue at check-in, and every time you have to ask for help because the system isn’t working, new people are allowed to cut in front.
It has been like this every single time and continues to be with every new stay! It is so frustrating and exhausting to deal with this nonsense, when normally (like at all other hotels) you simply walk up to the reception, give your last name, and within a minute receive your room key or card! The fact that the hotel cannot even save previous guests’ details makes this ordeal and waste of precious time an absolute nightmare!
