6/10 Good

The suite was nice & comfortable. Space with the two rooms . Unfortunately the road was very busy & noisy at night, which the bedroom looked out on. The pool area was nice & the changing area good except the lack of working lockers. Easy self parking with a lot of space . Restaurant/bar not a lot of choice. Noticed several people ordering in.

Nice tidy hotel with lovely pool and spa area. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Dave who showed off his bi-lingual skills by speaking Welsh to one of our party! Please give consider to upgrading the bathrooms particularly the water pressure (loo didn’t flush) and shower controls

6/10 Good

Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology.

10/10 Exceptional

Had a lovely stay the room was fine and an amazing size for us with our 2 yound grandchildren. I do feel an update of the flooring would have been a lot better as our carpets were quite stained. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very good with my grandson who needed dairy free spead and milk ect due to allergies. Parking was very easy. The pool facilities were excellent which was really enjoyed especially with the heatwave we have been experiencing. A great long weekend and we will definitly be returning.
