Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt have mich interaction as it is pretty much self service accomodation which worked very well. The size of the studio we had was perfect. We didnt try thebreakfast but it smelt nice every morning. All in all I would happily book this Aparthotel again.

Prime position on the Promenade des Anglais, with a fabulous view of the Med and close to public transport and amenities. The air con refused to work, the fridge hummed like it was about to take off and the bathroom could do with a refurb, but it was spacious and very comfortable - and I would stay there again simply for that view!
