room was very big for the price, everything was very clean and neat. the hotel is also in a very convenient and easy to access spot for anyone not super familiar with ABQ, parking lot is a tad small but always has spaces. staff was very friendly and got us checked in and out quickly. breakfast is kinda barebones, but free breakfast is a perk regardless so that might not matter for everyone lol

Crackhead homeless tents in the parking lot. Super sketchy area, even as Albuquerque goes. Blankets were stained, bed was hard as a rock, people on floor 2 kept slamming doors all night, hot tub was lukewarm and jets broken, vending machines empty, laundry was out of service. Best part was the free breakfast. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I don’t think our room was cleaned properly prior to us staying there. In the bathroom was pair of dirty women’s undies hanging on the back of the door. When I asked for extra towels there was none due them being used for the pool. But that staff was excellent
