The attendant could not find my reservation, he spent 20 minutes looking for it, had to call someone, spend a lot of time on the phone, I showed him a copy of my receipt and he finally was able to get us a room, not sure it was the one I reserved. It was on the first floor, and in a very neglected state, the desk had stains, the paint was peeling, there was mold in the bathroom, there was also a very large jacuzzi in the room and the attendant told us specifically NOT to use it, this is the worse room I have ever stayed in and I dont understand how it is listed on Hotels.com, I read the reviews and they do not reflect anything I experienced, I am very disappointed about the service we received and the neglected state of the room.
