overall it wasnt too bad. the room itself was nice and clean, but the lobby and halls were dirty. my biggest complaint was the service. i was there for 3 nights. the frist night, around 4 am, the smoke alarm started beeping once every minute. that is a sign of a low battery. i went to the desk to tell them and the man just said that it was normal and to go to my room, i waited for shift change and informed the next desk person and they got someone to the room to silence the alarm. also, when i booked my room, i requested late checkout bc i work late and had to work that day so i wanted to sleep in. i confirmed upon checkin that i had late check out. on the day of checkout, the desk staff came banging on the room at 11:15 telling us we had to go because checkout was at 11. i told her i had late checkout and she looked at her paper and went "oh yes, it does say that" and then left. 10 minutes later maintenance tried barging in while i was showering. i ended uo just leaving at 11:45 as soon as i packed ny belongings. overall it was not a great experience with the staff, but the room was nice
