One of the best

One of the better Campanile, Clean, staff helpful and actually read the requests you make on the booking form. We need a ground floor room and this was affirmed by email prior to our stay. Not the case with other Campanile. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a cinema and adequate EV charging stations. I have stayed in a lot of Campanile and this is one of the few that I can recommend.

Our bathroom didnt lock or even latch. The exterior door was not flush to the ground, so cold air was coming in. They did have something to block the bottom of the door, but it was falling apart and didnt stay on when we were closing the door. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there. Our first room had a plumbing problem and the carpet was wet. We told the staff in the morning and they seemed to know about this but we still had given us the room. Our second room for the following night smelled really bad from cigarettes even though it’s non smoking. Also we could hear music into the night from the nearby bar. Overall not a nice place to stay.

Plutôt satisfait même si deux choses m’ont terriblement déçu Le fait que restaurant ferme le jeudi soir..et ce pendant tout le week-end Mais c est surtout le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas très « excitant »…produits de moyenne qualité , pas vraiment de salé chaud…si ce n’est ces œufs a se faire cuire sois même . Des confections des fruits industriels..degueux…pas de jus d’orange frais et tout ça a près de de14€ …pas acceptable. Du reste je suis allé à la boulangerie du coin prendre mon petit dej pour moitié moins cher servi avec de produits de qualité Bref…de gros efforts à faire de ce coté ià …voilaaaa !

Chambre avec une télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, bouilloire hs, seche cheveux hs, prise de courant hs et pour cause pas d'alimentation électrique. Il a fallu batailler pour obtenir un changement de chambre à 23h car on nous avait dit plus de chambre de libre alors que sur le site il en restait encore 4. A noter que l'aspirateur pour le menage ne devait pas fonctionner donc menage du sol non effectué. Je trouve un peu leger le fait de louer des chambres sans aucune verification de fonctionnement au prealable.
