The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'.

It was nasty rooms had a bad odor and had roaches and bed bugs it was not satisfactory at all and should have been reimbursed for how nasty they was now have to check all my luggage for roaches had a family member woke up with roaches in her purse would never stay here again kids woke up with bites from bed bugs horrible.

I refused to stay there. It was dirty. There men hanging around outside smoking. I arrived and ask to use the restroom and was told there was no restroom for customers, i would have to wait until i checked in and get to my room.

This property was filled with roaches. The gentleman next door to me left due to the roaches and my tv didn’t work and they asked if I would like his room knowing the roach issue. They make you pay a $75 cash deposit and will only return when you’re ready to check out and they inspect your room. The water was shut off after work without warning leaving hours of no use. Never again. 0/10

No clean towels/housekeeping at all while you stay

Room was fine, but don't think that you are going to have your trash emptied or clean towels/sheets without tracking them down. Stayed for 2 weeks and when I requested them to come change sheets and get clean towels I was told it was not my day (like we work there and are suppose to know what day they are suppose to come and clean). They would not help me even though no one came the entire time we stayed. We canceled our reservation for the 3rd week because of this and will not be back.

Hotel did not reach back out to me after complaint of non cleanliness and leftover food in fridge, price is reasonable however pay a bit more and stay elsewhere at least not this location. The area is also not safe.

Despite the kind staff, our stay was miserable. The neighboring guest had two dogs that started barking at 5am and never stopped. There were dog feces all around the sidewalks and planters near the room which made bringing things in from the car harder than it should have been. There was no way for the hotel staff to address the noisy dogs. It would have been nice to have been told there were animals in the room next to us before we got all unpacked and in bed - that way we could have asked for a different room.

Not so good

It was an ok stay. Slight holes in drapes. The plastic shower surround was cracked on the floor exactly where you need to stand to shower. It looks like they tried to tape it over but I gave way if you stepped on it. The control for the stove was broken and exposed. It was a cheap room and ok for 1 night.
