Our stay at PIC Guam was fantastic! The staff everywhere were incredibly kind and attentive. On our last day, we had dinner at the Bistro, and the waitress there had such a warm smile and wonderful service—it made our meal especially enjoyable. We also loved the circus show, the Kids Club, and all the pool activities. Everything was fun and memorable. We’d love to come back again!

No more hotels.

ダニのような小さな虫がドリンクコーナー、バスルーム、部屋のすみにいる。 ２日目、掛け布団カバーが1枚セッティングされていなかった。22時頃バスのお湯が出なくなり水のシャワーを使った。部屋が古い臭いする、湿気が抜けない、別のホテルは湿気は感じなかった為、ホテルのせいだと感じた。朝食バイキングが8時以降は混雑している受付待ちがロビー方面まで伸びており滞在中に1度、利用できなかった。メニューはどれも口に合わない。

＜悪かった点＞ ・3部屋予約したうち、2部屋のバスタブが詰まっており、水があふれ、部屋中水浸しになった。 ・部屋の掃除がされなかった。 ・フロントにタオルを変えてくれと言っても変えに来なかった。 ・客は韓国人だらけ。ホテルスタッフも韓国人が多く韓国人の客を優先していのかもしれない。 ・レストランHANAGIは日本食レストランと書いてあるのに出てきたものは韓国料理だった。（辛すぎて日本人の口には合わない） ・施設は全体的に古い。 ・ホテルのレンタカー屋には、最大5人乗りの車しかない。 ＜良かった点＞ ・レストランのスタッフはフレンドリーで良かった。 ・ビュッフェ形式のレストランは種類も豊富で美味しかった。 ・ビュッフェ形式のレストランは子供が大騒ぎしているので、自分の子供が騒いでも気にしないで良いのが良かった。 ・いろいろなプールがあり、楽しめた。 ・空港から近い。 ・折りたたみの洗濯物干しがあるのは助かった。 ＜その他＞ ・空港とホテルの移動は、ホテルの送迎サービスを予約するよりもタクシーを使った方が安い。 ・ホテル内で日本語は通じない。

初日、夜着いて、シャワーを浴びようとしたらお湯が出ない。出ないので、シャワーの水をバスタブに向けて出し続けて温度を確認していたら、気づいたらバスルームの床全体が水浸し。排水溝がつまっていて逆流して汚水であふれていた。 さすがにこれはないだろうと思ってフロントに部屋を変えてくれと言ったら変えられないと言われて、エンジニアを向かわせると言われた。夜中なのに。 23時過ぎにエンジニアが来て、30分くらい排水溝をガシャガシャして、給湯器をリセットして、なんとか使えようにして帰って行った。お湯も出るようになった。 しかしこれが私の部屋だけでなく、私の両親の部屋も、義理の父の部屋も（お湯は出るけど）バスルームが浸水していた。両親の部屋は廊下まで水浸しになり、さすがに復旧できずに部屋を移動になった。 それ以外にも、ハウスキーピングが来なかったり、使用済みタオルは回収されても新しいタオルが補充されなかったり、サービス悪くトラブル続き。 救いは、従業員がシニア（うちの両親など）に親切だったこと。困ったときはよく助けてもらったようで、それは感謝している。 ホテルの部屋は古く、汚れが目立つ。とても広く、奥の棟からはロビーまで行くだけで4-5分かかる。 プールは広くて催しものや遊ぶ工夫がたくさんあり、子供連れには楽しめると思う。 WiFiはフリーアクセスのもののみ。 お客さんは圧倒的に韓国人が多い。 レストランのビュッフェは洋食、和食、韓国料理が揃っている。シニア世代も美味しかったと言っていた。
