The property and the staff were great. The pool area was really nice. The rooms were nice. Here's the thing though... If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you...There were A LOT of children. Young screaming children. From morning to night in the pool area. If you don't mind that, then this is definitely the place for you.

the view of the ocean was not the same as is the picture, but the view that was avaliable was okay. The parking was not on the hotel, but divided into 3 segments, in which were all across the streets away from the pavilion. I should have gone to the camalot resort; which had parking and a continental breakfast; the pavilion did not. Our air conditioner went out, but the maintenance staff, richard and anthony did a great job replacing it! they deserve a raise!

The room was very clean. The only issue was the bathroom door could not close completely. Most of the staff was very friendly. My issue was the gentleman that checked us in. He was very surly. Seemed irritated that we reserved our room on Hotels.com. I asked about military discount, he said you booked with Hotels.com, your out of luck, I can't do a thing for you. Then smiled about it. The lady in the coffee shop could use some customer service skills as well. When you entered you felt rushed to get your stuff and get out. If you looked around she stared at you like you were a thief. The rest of the staff amazing, very helpful. Make sure to bring a credit card, they don't take cash. The pools were great, well maintained and temperature was perfect. Didn't get to use the hot tub, due to people staying in too long, drinking. All in all a good experience.
