This is a no frills hotel. Reasonable rate for a room. The door was hard to open, no tv remote in room, no closet, and the floor had a crack in the laminate.

Pool was “closed for the season” but not advertised as such. Our smoke detectors was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, wrapped in a plastic bag with a bungy hair tie. There were dead bugs in our floor. Our neighbors room was going through while we were gone and their belongings on the floor. When the front desk was confronted they said “we can go into your room at anytime” fine — but not looking through our belongings. Super thin walls, trash thrown around the facility l. We booked for 4 and there were only 3 towels. We will not be staying again.

The front desk clerk was nice. She changed our room immediately when the 1st room was smokey. Turns out she’s also the bartender and maid. Our room didn’t get cleaned the 1st night and we said skip it but after being gone all day, it wasn’t cleaned the 2nd either. She came in and swept as we had a dog. Hairdryer didn’t work so she gave me a key to another room but no hairdryer on the wall. There was light bulbs missing, tp holder falling off the wall, cracked tiles, remote had no battery panel so batteries kept falling out and painted without taping the woodwork or ceiling separation. We were here for a dog event and I wondered why this hotel wasn’t listed in the event catalog. I no longer wonder
