Stay elsewhere

Our room did not have a refrigerator (there was an empty space in the cabinet where it belonged), the toilet ran loudly almost the entire time, the was lotion and conditioner but no shampoo and the floor was dirty. This is the only one star review I’ve ever left, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Its only good quality was that the staff was pleasant.

I reserved a room with 2 beds. They gave us a room with 1 bed, said that’s all they had. No knob on the bathroom door. Locks on the main entry door were broke.

First room we were given was not clean, looked like someone else was staying in it. Carpet was worn and stained everywhere. Second room felt shabby although the bed seemed to have clean sheets. In the morning I went to use the microwave and it seemed to have a food ‘explosion’ inside it Very dirty.

Front desk and housekeeping lady were very polite. Front desks friend made us very uneasy, following at a close distance to elevator on our second trip to our floor. I DID not allow him on the elevator with me. Toilet rocked on the floor, flushing handle stuck everytime. We will not be coming back.

Super dirty room, sticky smears of takeout on the desk, coffee spilled on the nightstand, hairs in the shower, and the list goes on. Staff was indifferent. If I had the energy to go elsewhere after 3 days without sleep supporting a family member in the ER, I would have.
