I'm confident that under different circumstances our experience would have been better. However, there were little things that could have been done. Power went out the night before we arrived and still was not back upon our check in the 2nd day. We received no courtesy call letting us know. This gave us no opportunity to change plans or at the very least make sure we came prepared with all electronic devices charged. No power also meant no breakfast, however it would have been nice if a box of coffee and donuts, even bananas or apples from another place could have been brought in.
