The evening staff was excellent! Professional and kind. The day staff was not hospitable at all. When asked for late check out I was told it was not possible. I asked if there was anyone coming into my room after us, I was told no there was not but that they did not do late check out. I offered to pay a 1/2 day rate since my child was not feeling well and wanted to let her rest a little longer and I was told they did not do that. Though, i was told by staff if I had higher status with Marriott it would have been possible for a later check out. We will not be staying here again.

Housekeeping was promised every other day but I had to request it on the third day. Towels were replaced and garbage was emptied but bed wasn't made and surfaces weren't wiped down.
