I had the perfect stay for five nights at this hotel. It’s a great location being just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the historic District. The room is comfortable with all the amenities, including a coffee machine and juices and water included in the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, including different breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, do it yourself, boiled eggs, a coffee machine, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, and much more. The staff are unbelievably friendly here, and they all greet you with a smile. The restaurant serves some great food; I had a couple of the best meals of my life during my stay here. If I’m back in Strasburg, this is where I want to stay.

Exceptional service. The hotel is lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Quiet AC. Bed was firm with one soft pillow and one hard pillow per guest. Towels were fluffy. Vanity items were in large bottles and nice. My 24 year old and I loved our stay.

Beautifully renovated hotel

The hotel building is the former residence of the governor of Alsace and has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are large, the decor is minimalist modern, done in warm colors. It has a nice bar area that opens to a courtyard and has a DJ on some nights of the week. We did not eat at the restaurant, except for the morning breakfast buffet, which has more offerings than most hotels provide. The breakfast was expensive, however: 30€, unless booked as part of a room package.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at the Hotel Leonor. It’s in a good location in the centre of Strasbourg.It was very busy when we were there but the staff were always friendly and efficient. The food in both the restaurant and the bar was very good and I can recommend the Paris Brest cake which was devine.Breakfast was good but I thought a bit pricy but that is probably due to the location The rooms are good and the en-suite lovely I’m not sure I like the open wardrobe idea but perhaps I’m a bit old fashioned. If you want a hotel to stay at in Strasbourg I would recommend staying here

The hotel was so classy (almost mistaken for a museum on arrival), beautifully decorated, well located and super comfortable. There were thoughtful little goodies in my room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mathilde at reception who was lovely and kind.

Gorgeous hotel. Though I didn't get to eat at the restaurant the bar area and gardens were perfect for and afternoon wine or a nightcap. It's also walking distance to all the key sights in the city without being in the center of the crowds. Definitely my new favorite hotel for when I visit the city on weekends!
