On the day I checked in, there were stains on the toilet. After I told to clean, there were still stains. I asked him to clean it again waiting for an hour, there was no cleaning crew. Then went to the front desk, the staff said that they had notified this matter in the computer system, but the staff did not take any follow-up action. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. They came to repair after 10pm. The detector showed the temperature was 26 degrees. After the repairs, it dropped to 23 degrees. Also problems with the TV's sounder (sometimes no sound) and picture (mosaic pattern). They said that there was no staff available to repair at night. They would arrange for someone to help us repair the next morning, but they didn't show up until I checked out on the third day. There were two coffee machines in the breakfast room, but neither worked. According to the official website, breakfast was until 11am, but staff had packed up the food to the kitchen by 10am. During the stay, there was a fault fire alarm warning at 6am, and all guests were notified to leave the hotel immediately. But only one or two staff to assist which was not enough to deal with the fire. This hotel does not have the service quality of Holliday Inn brand. If this hotel charge only $30 to $40 a night, I will never have the above requirements. But at $100 a night, this hotel is not worth it. The above situations are obviously not a single incident, is the poor management of the hotel.
