Our first room smelled disgusting, come to find out it was because of some nastiness in the toilet. Second room seemed fine at first, till we realized the shower was broken/unusable because no water came out. Later realized how dirty the bathroom really was. Shower had dirt/hair in it, shower curtain at the bottom was brown and moldy, shower head was caked up with something brown, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Just wanted to go to bed, so didn’t bother packing up stuff and going back to office to complain a second time and get another room, knowing it probably wouldn’t be much better. 10/10 will never stay here again. Sad because this used to be a favorited place to go.

Ok place to sleep

Parking lot was ok, place smelled like it had water damage, the room looked clean, but then I noticed stains on the ceiling and on the walls in the bathroom. The shower was very powerful and the staff were nice.

The beds leave a lot to be desired.

One of the worst beds I have slept on. I am not one to complain as I do a lot do camping so my standards for comfort are low but this has to be the worst bed I have ever slept on.
