this is a very nice hotel, and we have stayed before and will stay again, but we will never stay in 212 again, they play music in the lobby and halls 24/7 which is fine, but 212 is right over the lobby and you can hear the drumming all night, it is very irritating, but like I said we have stayed in other rooms here before and they were very quiet

Expedia did not send them our reservation. This was not an issue with the Hampton Inn, they tried to help us. Expedia made it right by booking us a room at a neighboring hotel, without a pool or a free breakfast, but the view was nice. Again not a Hampton issue, it was an Expedia issue.

Our stay was good. Staff on the phone wasn’t the most friendly. We asked for an early check in since we were traveling with a baby and were told to keep calling to check for availability. We did so.
