The room itself was quite clean but the hall carpeting was filthy, with clumps of fur and hair along the hall. The staff was fine, although I waited at the front desk for 5 min to get someone to check out, and no one arrived to help. The beds are reasonably comfortable. There is zero sound-proofing between the walls, as well as the ceiling. Because the floors are laminate instead of carpet, you can hear every single footstep of people in the room above you, and can hear conversations and music clearly from one room to the next. You get what you pay for.
