I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would absolutely do it. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to throughout my travels. Impeccable staff. Incredibly clean hotel. Worth every dime! I most definitely will come back to this hotel.

Best buffet we have ever had ! The room has a great view of the ocean and surrounding area, checked us in when we turned up at 6am well before check in. All of the staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed, great spot close to all the highlights of dubai

This property gives you everything you need, from safety, to relaxation and so much more. The pool is great with service all day long, and the beach is quite simply paradise , again with service all day long. The buggies and boats around the hotel complex are a great addition to in getting around, if your lucky your see the peacocks roaming the lawns. Our second visit has not been a disappointment, it's been an excellent stay and more.

I stay at hotels 2-3x per month and have never left a review. Jumeirah Al quasr is the most amazing hotel that I have ever been to. A relaxing, luxurious, tropical but traditional paradise. The service is 12/10 and the property is unbelievable. You could stay here for a month and never run out of things to do. I will definitely be back!

Staff at main desk and concierge did not inform us properly about the half board, although they should have, asked a few times to different staff and they were quite clueless Room cleaning staff were amazing

Suite was small and didn’t have a separate living room space. Terrible checkin experience. We had requested cancellation for one of our two reservations. Hotel team didn’t process request until after arrival and denied refund even after trying with multiple staff onsite and on the phone.
