Fine if you just need a place to sleep.

If you need to stay in the area (Neihu/Nangang) this is a pretty good spot - there’s a bus stop about a block away that has busses to the Kungang MRT station (Blue Line). Plenty of coffee and nibbles right outside the hotel, too - including a large Starbucks and a cozy Louisa. The hotel itself has few amenities.

The hotel itself was fine, there was construction right next door that was very noisy. There is also a hospital on the next street so ambulance sirens going a lot. The staff at the hotel were great, the room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was ok, the only issue is they didn’t replenish things once the ran out.

Very Cold!

There are many things about this hotel that are good. However, my recent stay was during the very cold snap experienced by Taipei and the hotel, and particularly my room were very cold. It made the stay very unpleasant. I found no way to heat the room so was glad to move on.

The room was not completely clean with a cigarette butt in a drawer. There was a late change of room due to a technical error in the booked room and it took hours to get resolved and was asked to pay a higher fee when the "exchanged room" was a smaller room. After much debates it was finally accepted as a smaller and then finally a refund was agreed upon. It made me feels like it was my fault due to the technical error of the original booked room even though it was the hotel's. I fully understand unforeseen circumstances however the hotel should not make it a point to take advantage of the error and ask customer to pay more for a smaller room.

Shower handle was broken, shower door would not close, and bathtub had disgusting marks. I stayed in this room 2 nights before they moved me to another room (without compensation). The next room, the shower door closed but there was a gap so water leaked outside onto the bathroom floor. Both outlets next to the bed did not work. They have free laundry but only one machine and if one person leaves clothes in the washer, there’s no way next person can put clothes in a basket. They tell you to just pay and use the laundromat next door which doesn’t make sense considering you already paid the high price on room fees. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel, not worth it for the price. I’ve stayed in 6 hotels in Taiwan and by far most disappointed in this experience.
They said it’s not dirty, but not a kind of bathtub you’d want to use after a long day of travel. And not 4 star hotel worthy.
I showered with this door for 2 nights (if you hold it to close, it will pop open).

Checking in was great. Staff was accommodating for adding an extra night while my mom was still in the hospital. The only thing was the bathroom wall had two old electrodes still stuck on them above the toilet paper. And someone smokes out on the 4th floor balcony secretly so I can smell smoke sometimes. And be careful of keeping your window. Open since they can look into the windows when smoking

Very dissapointed with the cleniness. I am a short hair person but shocked to find a few pieces of long hair about eight inches long leftover in both toilet and bed linen. It leads me to check if the bed linen actual being changed after the last customer checked out. And found stain on the bed cover about 2 inches diameter. Cleanliness is of utmost importance factors to every traveler. Have reflected the issue to the front desk but the response was very cold. Not even intend to just apologize or prepare to look into the matter.

隔音超差。當晚10點多，11樓住客吵架，女生多次罵髒話，12點入睡前後，同群人在房內講話超級大聲，聲音大過救護車的聲音（隔壁是三總急診）。因家人已入睡，就沒想要換房。蠻差的經驗，不敢再住雀客了.... 建議要有好品質的睡眠，住附近更高級的 雀客藏居
