Our room had a spacious balcony (5th flloor) which made the room feel bigger. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and roomy. The hotel is located very centrally in Madrid with most major points of interest within easy walking distance. The hotel is not very fancy as the name implies and breakfast is in the restaurant next door. On the downside most of the restaurants in the area seem targeted at tourists and can be on the priciery side with lots of fried food offerings. Seemed hard to get a healthy meal.

Quick trip to Madrid. Hotel room was small but decent for the area. The lighting could have been better in the rooms but overall it was an okay stay for the price. The daily breakfast was a very limited prefixed menu so it got very boring after the second day.
